Biotanical Health has the following Delivery Policy:
Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the next working day.
These are the shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and Internationally
Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited orders placed by 12PM Eastern time will ship on the SAME DAY.
- Allow 5-7 business days for shipping anywhere within the USA;
- 7-14 business days for shipping to Canada;
- 7-14 business days for shipping Internationally
Our Canadian and international shipping charges and timescales reflect shipping from our warehouse in the USA to international destinations, and do not include any delays due to problems with local customs, import taxes or customs charges.
Biotanical Health will not be held liable for any customs charges or import taxes, and will not refund items seized by your customs office.
Please check with your local customs office on their import policies before placing your order.
You cannot cancel your order after you click the "Finalize Order" button on our secure order page. Once an order is placed, it is sent to the fulfillment center for shipping and we cannot stop it.
If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Coupon Redemption Policy
Biotanical Health occasionally issues coupons to its customers for the purchase of products online.
Biotanical Health only accepts coupons issued by Biotanical Health.
Biotanical Health only accepts coupons for merchandise we sell and only when entered online at the time of purchase.
Our coupons have an expiration date and should be used within the valid dates. Biotanical Health will not accept expired coupons.
Only one coupon per item is permitted.
If you would like to qualify for a coupon, please sign up for updates at BiotanicalHealth.com and a coupon will be emailed to you the next time Biotanical Health is running a promotion.
Please to not telephone our staff for coupons as coupons are not issued by telephone and are not valid for telephone orders. If you are having problems with a coupon, please email Customer Support for assistance, as they cannot retroactively apply coupons after the purchase has been made.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please ensure it is returned to us in an unopened condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please e-mail for a refund authorization number and full instructions before returning any items. Customers are responsible for paying shipping and packaging costs related to the returned order, and must send back items using a carrier that provides tracking showing proof-of-delivery to our return address.
We cannot process refunds on items that have been opened, damaged or have had their tamper proof seals removed or broken.
Provided that the items are returned to us in a sealed and saleable condition, we will process a refund, less shipping costs, and less a restocking fee of $10 per item.
Products that are opened are non-returnable and non-refundable
Products that are sent back without an authorization number are non-returnable and non-refundable
Products that are sent back outside the 30 day return period are non-returnable and non-refundable
A refund of the purchased price of any unused product will be given after the product is returned less a handling fee of $10 per item. Any quantity discounts will be forfeit if a customer returns part of a kit or multipack on which a discount was given.
We do not refund shipping costs.
The charge that will appear on your credit card statement will be "PAYPAL *BIOTANICAL" or "BIOTANICAL HEALTH". If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $150.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase.
Customers who instigate chargebacks will be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
We are grateful that fraudulent chargebacks are rare, but we take this issue seriously. Fraudulent chargebacks will be turned over to a law enforcement or collection agency.

Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
If you have already ordered from us, and you would like to know the progress of your order, please reply to the email address on your receipt.
Biotanical Health respects the privacy of all users who visit this site. No effort is made to identify individuals without their prior knowledge and approval. The following policies are in effect for all of the web pages owned and operated by Biotanical Health:
1. Personal Information
On all of our input forms, such as our catalog request or order forms, we ask users to provide their e-mail address and/or mailing address for the intended purpose of the form. This site maintains a strict “no-spam” policy. Your e-mail address or street address will not be sold to a third party and is only used for the stated purpose of the form. Whenever the identity of a visitor is requested, we clearly indicate the purpose of the request. You may easily be removed from the list at any time by emailing us at help @ biotanicalhealth.com.
Our on-line store uses “cookies” to store specific information about a customers account (if cookies are enabled in the customer’s browser). This cookie is a small file containing encrypted data pertinent to the customer’s account, such as their name and account number. The cookie is stored on the customer’s computer and cannot be viewed by other sites. The information contained in it is only used for storing account information for future visits.
3. Customer Records
When customers make a purchase from our on-line store, they will be asked if they would like us to save their mailing and billing information so they will not have to reenter it again the next time they order. If this option is chosen, the information is saved in our customer database and/or in a cookie, and is only viewable in the future by the customer during their next order and checkout process. Customer records are never sold to a third party.
4. Secure Transactions
This site uses a secure SSL server so information submitted by you in secure mode is encrypted for your privacy. This means no other party may view personal information while in transit to us over the Internet. Credit card transactions are completely safe using this technology.
